Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–14 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this when contacting inquiry@gloyterra.fr. Exchanges are subject to availability and must follow the same return requirements.
